When Independence Blue Cross decided to replace disjointed, paper-based onboarding processes with a new artificial intelligence-powered supplier portal, the results were transformative. The company is now able to automate onboarding for 100% of its suppliers. Configurable controls validate the data in real time, while also allowing the company to enforce policies critical to healthcare.
