As a full-time employee of apexanalytix, you will accrue paid time off each pay period, and your yearly time off earnings increase after 5 and 10 years of employment. Feed your hunger for learning and advancement with tuition assistance and mentorship programs.

We support our associates by providing a generous continuing education program. After a year as an apexanalyitx regular, full-time associate, you can take advantage of tuition reimbursement. Courses from accredited institutions that relate to current or future positions at apexanalytix are eligible based on your grade at completion of the course and level of degree earned. In addition to tuition reimbursement, our mentorship program is credited by associates as supporting them on their career journey at apex.

During the Covid pandemic, we took our yoga program virtual and associates all over the world were virtually doing the downward-dog. That’s just one example of how we help you integrate work with your well-being. We have active groups at apexanalytix who organize departmental and company-wide wellness programs. Exercise, mindfulness, stress-relief, healthy eating, are just some of the goals of these programs.

For the times in life when you or a loved one is facing a challenge, we have a formal, professional, confidential, service: The Employee Assistance Program. It’s a program of personal visits plus unlimited telephone support offering assistance with stress management, depression, family conflict, financial concerns, legal questions, coping with grief, child and elder care issues and more.

Show your humble heart for others through opportunities for giving, doing and helping. We’ll be there for you every step of the way.

Do you love to help others? To give back to your community? You can contribute assistance up to eight hours a year, using company paid time, to a locally run community service organization like hospice care, a United Way related agency, Habitat for Humanity, and more. Become part of an existing committee or group that organizes volunteer activities, or start your own initiative with the help of our supportive Human Resources department.
