Total well-being at apexanalytix is a holistic approach focusing on mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, professional, financial and social health. We offer a variety of programs, and our associates participate in and gain significant health improvements in all areas of their well-being.
Embracing diversity and inclusion was re-emphasized in the summer of 2020 with the social unrest throughout the US. We communicated our fundamental value of respect for all, and zero tolerance policy for discrimination of any kind. We emphasize the importance of really listening, seeking to understand, and supporting all associates regardless of race, color, religion, age, gender or other factors which make us all unique. We believe diversity results in diverse thought and experience.
Continual feedback and transparency are key to our success. TINYPulse was implemented in 2020 and poll questions (on a wide variety of subjects) are sent every other Wednesday. Results are reviewed, communicated, and acted upon as appropriate.
In 2020, we provided eight, 30-minute leadership learning opportunities around Liz Wiseman’s Multiplier leadership concept. This program provided peer-to-peer learning, put what we learned into practice and shared results with each other. In 2021 we will provide seven, 30-minute leadership learning opportunities around Jim Collin’s Good to Great concepts.
Our Activities Team leads both our fun and charitable events. Our major charity is Relay for Life – American Cancer Society. apexanalytix has been the top fundraiser for the Greensboro, NC county of Guilford Relay for Life for the past 3 years. Every year, we also have workdays for PeaceHaven Farms and Habitat for Humanity. Our Arkansas team had a building day at a home for families in transition. To support other charities, we collect school supplies for Teachers Warehouse, food for our local Food Pantry, and gifts for Christmas for our senior citizens in Greensboro.
