Portal has had a top-to-bottom redesign that makes everyday tasks take less time and less thought. Navigation has moved to the side to give your home page more room, and refreshed buttons and visuals throughout make Portal feel as current as the work you do in it. It’s cleaner for your admins to manage, too.

We’ve rebuilt the supplier registration experience with a cleaner, more modern interface that makes even long registrations faster to work through. You can switch between single-page and multi-page layouts to suit how you work, and view registration grids as cards or a full table, whichever is easier to scan. Throughout, the process does more to keep you on track and confirm exactly where your submission stands.

Document upload now matches the rest of Portal, with the same card and table views for scanning your files. The bigger change: you can sign documents right in Portal by typing or drawing your signature, embedded straight into the PDF, so there’s no printing, signing, and rescanning.

Entity/Site Cycle and Entity Aging reports are now available through SData, so you can pull that data straight into your own systems.

Risk & Fraud gains sharper signal this release. You can filter entities by Media Monitoring news category with a sentiment score attached, and Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) is now available as its own Risk Control. For deeper coverage, Dow Jones PEP, Prohibited Entity, and UBO data can be added as additional Risk Controls through a separate subscription.

Fraud Detect adds new ways to catch risk earlier. New controls flag a high or fast-rising rate of auto-approved invoices, with weighting you control, and accounts move automatically into a New Risk Identified status once your threshold is crossed. A new Purchase Order Risk Category extends this across the PO lifecycle, flagging mismatched approvers, concentration risk, and skipped approval thresholds.

The new Portal Actions Agent automatically cleans up failed cybersecurity, validation, and compliance tasks, so gaps get handled without manual chasing. A shared Knowledge Store, managed from the Portal help center, now gives every Agent you use a single source to draw from. Entities with multiple profiles also get document upload that works separately for each profile from the first login.

InsurancePro gives you a fuller picture in fewer clicks. Prior policies and uploaded documents now appear right on the Scorecard, and a new tab breaks down rating, endorsements, and coverage type side by side. New fields for Purchase Organization, Department, and Department Type let you segment the way your business actually works.

Single sign-on now takes you straight from Portal into apexanalytix Learn, with no separate login to remember.

You can now configure how fields display and evaluate across registration pages, giving you more control with less rework.
