Join us as we welcome you to Elite! Pick up your registration information and meet with other attendees and apexanalytix staff. The Elite Hospitality Room will serve as the meeting space for most of the Sunday Elite Welcome Activities. Food and beverages will be provided.

What better way to enjoy Arizona's landscape and magnificent weather than by enjoying a day on the course? Elite attendees and their guests who signed up for Golf will enjoy the Par 71 Links Course at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club. This championship 18-hole golf course is located nearby the Arizona Biltmore Hotel. You will experience the local wildlife in its natural habitat too. Depart the hotel for warm-ups at 8:30 AM and return by 3:00 PM. Boxed lunches and beverages are included.

The Saguaro Pool is pure Biltmore glamour with a distinctly grown-up sense of splendor. At this intimately chic scene where it's always adult swim, the only instructions are to hit pause, set your vibe to Do Not Disturb and soak up the beautiful weather. Network with fellow attendees to enjoy drinks, snacks and lunch. This activity has no set timeframe and will be open for Elite attendees and their guests from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Elite attendees and guests will enjoy an afternoon of bites, drinks, and shopping in historic Old Town Scottsdale. After arriving in Old Town Scottsdale for some free time and shopping between 12-1 PM, our Spirits of Scottsdale Tour guide will meet the group at Blue Clover Distillery. Tour participants will receive four samples of spirits and share small bite appetizers. The group will visit Blue Clover Distillery for upscale tequila samples with chips and salsa, and the final stop is Porter’s Western Saloon, one of Old Town’s oldest historic buildings. Following shopping, snacks and drinks will be provided throughout the Spirits of Scottsdale tour. We recommend having lunch in the Elite Hospitality Room (Aztec Room) before departure. The group will return to the hotel by 4:00 PM.

This relaxed float trip douses desert stereotypes and puts paddlers up close and personal with wild mustangs, blue herons, and bald eagles. In Arizona, the Salt River has been used as an irrigation source for thousands of years, first by the indigenous Hohokam people and today by a growing population in metropolitan Phoenix. The calm water in the Lower Salt has a flow smooth enough for beginners. A leisurely way to experience the unexpected – water in the desert. Elite attendees and their guests will enjoy boxed lunches, and snacks during their river float next to Tonto National Forest.

As an ongoing effort to give back to the community, apexanalytix and the Elite conference have selected an organization in the host city to give back to the local community. In Phoenix, we will be putting together 500 care packages for those in need.

Native American Connections is a local non-profit organization in Phoenix that helps Native American people in the area with affordable housing, behavioral health struggles, and community development.

Elite attendees and their guests are invited to participate in assembling 500 care packages that will be donated to Native American Connections. PJ Jasso, Director of Public Engagement at Native American Connections, will attend the event and share with us how the care packages directly enrich the lives of people in their programs.
