David Hester, Senior Vice President, Global Operations

David Hester is Senior Vice President of Global Operations for APEX Analytix. Most recently he was Vice President of Accounting and Finance for Siemens Shared Services, one of the largest and most successful shared services organizations globally. David's responsibilities included setting the business direction for the organization, implementing industry best practices, strategically off-shoring business processes where appropriate and controlling more than $17 billion in annual disbursements. David is an expert in organizational and process design and implementation. He previously managed and served in various accounting and finance functions for Siemens and Westinghouse, including general accounting, financial planning, budgeting, audit and financial analysis.

David is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and a CPA.
