Bill Green, Chief Financial Officer

Bill leads the Finance group at APEX Analytix. He is responsible for financial strategy, as well as all finance and accounting matters, including customer contract administration. He applies business experience with both established organizations as well as high-growth venture-backed companies to help APEX Analytix meet its strategic revenue and operational objectives. As much a business strategist as a finance expert, Bill works closely with APEX’s management team to ensure that we are bringing maximum value to clients from our broad and deep solution sets

Bill has spent over 18 years working with high-growth, technology-centric companies. He began his career at Arthur Andersen and spent eight years in their tax department. He then was CFO and COO of Mann Industries, an LBO of a division of BASF. Subsequently, Bill worked as CFO of CORPEX Technologies, a venture-backed specialty chemical company. Then, Bill was CFO of TriPath Imaging (NASDAQ: TPTH), a medical technology company that he helped to take public in 1997. Bill continued his focus on high-growth, high-energy, businesses as CFO of InvoiceLink Corporation, a venture-backed software company that was sold to BCE Emergis (Toronto: IFM).

Immediately prior to joining APEX in 2004 Bill assisted several early-stage companies with their strategic financial strategies, including providing advice and assistance on fund raising, business development, and overall corporate strategy. Bill graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, and is a CPA.
